I was looking for something to keep our goat hay off the ground. This is a great solution. It has holes on both sides of the bag so we are able to hang it between two pens where goats from each pen can eat out of the one bag. The pic is of our nigerian dwarf goats for size reference. It holds a good amount of hay and so far our goats have not eaten the bag. This is a fantastic find. Highly recommend!!

I’ve had this for a few months and it’s awesome. Way better than the net kind I was getting. Definitely worth what I paid. It will eventually wear out, but when it does I will be getting another just like it.

I needed a hay bag to feed a new type of hay that my gelding doesn't love. Feeding two kinds of hay in the same feeder led to him throwing the stuff he didn't like absolutely everywhere, stepping on it and peeing in it which caused so much waste. Traditional nets didn't work because the holes were too small for his draft head and a pain to fill, so this seemed like a great solution.I should note that this bag is of decent quality, neither cheap nor expensive, and the issue is with my horse being an inpatient jerk. He got bored with pulling the hay out through the front hole and instead tried to eat things from the opening at the top. When this (obviously) didn't work well, he spun and flung the bag everywhere, ripping the fabric and wasting hay anyways. If you have a horse who eats normally and will leave well enough alone, then this is a well priced option. If you have a horse who is determined to do things the hard way, then this is not the hay bag for you...

This hay bag is perfect for my two Nigerian Dwarf Goats. Having openings on both sides makes it easier for both boys to eat at the same time without fighting over it. Of course they jump on everything, but the tough nylon on this bag has held up to their little hooves. The one thing I would be wary about is the two silver rings at the top, they don't seem very strong so I use a carabiner to hook the rings together and hang the bag.

Ad falsely says Leather, there isn't any leather. the trim is plastic vinyl which tears loose in 5 days. The mesh on the sides is very thin and lasted for 3 days and my horse is very gentle when eating and I only use for only 1 hour a day.

These are way larger than I expected, very boxy too. I shoved half a bale in one. I wanted them to use in the trailer but they're way too boxy (like a literal box stuffed with hay), so will need to buy the smaller ones that only fit two flakes. They're quite flimsy though so I'm not sure about the durability. Time will tell

I bought two of these over a year ago and I am impressed with the quality. They have both been used daily and still look like new.I am stuffing hay bags / nets for horses daily. These are very easy to handle and hold up nicely.Would recommend and would buy them again.

I may not leave it with a green horse but for my 21 year old’s special hay it’s perfect and pretty roomy.
