Perfect for transferring paint out of rusted metal cans. Couldn't find the quart size anywhere except Amazon. Fast shipping, good product.

These are such a great way to store leftover paint. The lids go on easily, I wiped any paint off the rim so it wouldn’t splash, and used a rubber mallet. The tops are easy to remove with a paint can opener or a screwdriver. The plastic material used is so much easier than metal which may bend out of shape and rust. The space saving over storing partially filled gallons is great, but so is the fact that the paint will not dry out as easily since there is less surface exposed. These are also an easy size to handle if you are painting directly from the can.

After opening one too many rusted cans of perfectly good paint, I’m switching to plastic. These cans work fine. The lids are tight and require a block of wood and few taps with a hammer to seat properly, but are tight once sealed. No complaints. Metal cans may be a bit cheaper, but won’t last like these will. Make sure you strain the old paint if you’re transferring it from a rusted container.

It would be nice to have lids that actually stay closed. I had to tape them shut!
