it’s not true to size so size up

I wear it on my first finger and it's size is 10 1/2 but I had to get a size or number 12 in order for it to fit. so far so good, my only issue is the ring maintaining connection. it disconnects frequently, making it hard for my health statistics to be accurate or for me to know when it is disconnected and needs reconnected. The first night I wore this ring. It did not calculate anything for my sleep, I am going to let it get a real good full charge and maybe the minor issues I'm having will subside!

The sizes are definitely off! I know what size my rings are and these are definitely smaller than normal. I wanted to return but after wearing for 2 days the bottom is scratched and don’t know is they will take it back. Know that these will get scratched. Other than that I like the app except you do need to calibrate the blood pressure but that is not a big deal. If you don’t have a cuff visit you local drug store to get a blood pressure reading.
