Bought this for my sons ever failing 2007 Ford Focus vent selector. We have been through many due to Fords design. Bought this one about half price. Box was all beat up but product was still good. Fit in the car like it should but at the start it had a hard time rotating out of the box . After we got through the hard spot it's works OK but not great. Installed like normal and works for the price. We will see how long it lasts.

We needed this to fix our daughters 'new' pre-owned Focus. Part cost significantly less than OEM & arrived quickly. It is made of plastic, almost entirely. However, it works as it should and husband said it was easier to install than he expected. Would buy again.
