Kind of my fault for being mislead, but it only comes with mounts to mount into concrete and not studs. The instructions are awful and incomplete, but figured it out. Has anyone mounted into their studs? Which screws/anchors are you using? Might have to return.

My son uses this speed bag often. We were able to set it up with a little difficulty but it was not the speed bag that slowed the installation. I would buy from this seller again.

The instructions were pretty bad, but once you figure out which screw (use the width) then you can get it going. Really disappointed that my bag was flat. It took me a little while to set it up so I didn’t have direct recourse for a fair solution

Afranti Heavy Duty Adjustable Speed Bag Platform Kit was an easy set up and the instructions were fine. You need basic hand tools and a drill if you are going into studs like I did. Cosmetically the unit looks fine and I found a place in a crowded garage to install this and it is working out great. This came with an adjustable frame and bag so once you get it set up you are good to go.Although I use this every day, I still consider my usage as light duty. I thought it would be a good idea to work on my hand speed and hand eye coordination using a speed bag being an old guy.Using what came with the kit the end was okay but had a lot of vibration that resonated through the garage to the house. I did expect this from looking online at generic general set up videos.I added a wood solid wood base to go on top of the one that came with it. That helped a little. Also, I needed some lag bolts to go through the frame and into the studs in my garage. I also replaced the bag with a heavier one. Ultimately, I put sand bags on top of the unit that really helped decrease vibration and help mute the bang/twang when using the speed bag.Overall happy with what I ended up with but took off a star because I felt there should have been some lag screws included for wood and needed a little more anchoring to make this unit reasonable to use the way I used it.

My product showed up in rough condition but went together fine. The speed bag was covered in a mold substance and the entire package smelled like this.. However, the product was fine and I cleaned off the speed bag and inflated it but it soon deflated and its already hanging on my wall so return is impossible....

I was skeptical at first but when I received the box and put it together, it was easier than I thought to build! Very practical and does the job but make sure you're handy otherwise you may need 2 people to put together. But it's super easy and tons of fun when you're done! Worth it, great buy!
