All my sprinklers have been plastic, and I think this metal one will be a big upgrade. It's winter so I can't test it now, but out of the box I am impressed. The solid metal base seems like it will really stay put, unlike the plastic ones that are always falling over or needing rocks to keep them in place. I got this because I want to use the directional spray feature. This will cut down on the water wasted by a sprinkler that soaks the driveway.

Heavy Duty Metal Pulsating Sprinklers for Yard - 360 Degree Roating Automatic Water Sprinkler for Lawn with Metal Base, Impact Sprinklers for Large Area Covers Up to 85‘ DiameterI ordered this on February 27th, arrived on March 2nd, via Amazon, left at our front gate, intact and undamaged. The fit and finish is nice, no sharp edges or burrs, material is zinc alloy so it will eventually corrode even when taken care of, base has sufficient weight, comes with a quick disconnect which I do not intend on using, I also will not be using the included filters as I do not want to restrict volume and PSI.I am not able to achieve the maximum 85’ diameter but it is a lot more than the last three impact sprinklers that I acquired, so I am satisfied. The PSI at our garden spigots are 68 psi which is very good, GPM is 8 (we are lucky), way more if I use the front driveway spigot which is before the regulator. Not going to lie, I prefer all brass sprinkler head, but do realize that will increase the cost quite a bit - but brass lasts a lifetime. Included instructions are lacking with respect to fine tuning the sprinkler head but fiddling around while getting soaked resulted in the correct adjustment. The MSRP is reasonable, works as advertised. Am giving it a 4 Star rating, minus 1 star because material is zinc alloy so I do anticipate that I will see corrosion shortly, which I will address with WD40.

Admittedly, I am in midwinter, so I am not going to say that I actually used it as it is intended. I did however take a short hose into my garage and extend it out into my driveway about 15'. Clearly that is not the way that it is intended to be used. It worked marvelously.I did one extra thing that is not written into the directions. There is no actual assembly other than to very simply take the main unit that is entirely assembled already and screw it directly into the base unit. The extra, perhaps entirely unnecessary step that I took was simply to take several inches of Teflon tape and wrap the threads before screwing the top assembly into the base. Since it says nothing about doing that it is likely entirely unnecessary. Incidentally, if you have ever found these confusing to set properly, as I have in the past, there is an informational sheet that has tremendous though very brief directions for setting it properly to your own specs. There is a lot of control that you can adjust if you wish to.I really feel that the unit is very nicely constructed. It is metal, and not some flimsy cheap lightweight metal. It is rather heavily constructed. Not so heavy as to be unwieldly, but it simply feels like quality! If you spend a moment just lifting it and feeling of it, I believe that you will agree with me regarding the quality of construction.I love the fact that you can adjust it to water just the areas you wish to water whether that is entirely in the round or, if you want to ensure that you are watering desirable areas like the garden, rather than the driveway. I most definitely recommend this Wemade sprinkler. You will not regret purchasing it! I believe that with even modest care it will provide you with many years of dependable service!

I just got this heavy-duty metal pulsating sprinkler, and right out of the box, I can tell it’s built to last. It has a nice weight to it—definitely not flimsy plastic like some other sprinklers I’ve used in the past. The metal base feels sturdy, and the overall construction gives me confidence that it will hold up well over time.Unfortunately, I haven’t had the chance to test it yet since I live in the northern U.S., and we’re still waiting for the weather to warm up. But based on how solid it feels, I have no doubt it’ll do a great job covering a large area once I can finally put it to use. I’ll update my review once I get it running, but so far, I’m impressed with the quality!

I got this Sprinkler to replace my old plastic one, which didn’t last long and had limited coverage. Right away, the difference is obvious, this sprinkler is all metal, mainly zinc alloy and brass, giving it a solid, weighty feel. The metal base adds stability, and the adjustable sprinkler head gives it both a classic and functional look. According to the manual, it can cover up to 85 feet in diameter, though that requires 80 psi water pressure.Setup is super easy, just push it into the ground, connect the hose, and turn on the water. It immediately starts pulsating, with a satisfying “click-click” sound as it rotates. With my home’s 40 psi water pressure, I got about a 50-foot (15m) diameter coverage, which is more than enough for my lawn. The fan-like spray pattern evenly waters the grass, and the full 360-degree rotation ensures no dry spots, even reaching the corners. The adjustable spray angle is a great feature, I lowered it slightly to focus on watering areas near my flower beds, and the concentrated spray worked perfectly. The base stays firmly in place, even at high water pressure, which I really appreciate. I also like the diffuser adjustment screw, which lets me control the spray from a fine mist to a powerful jet. Setting it to a medium level gave me the ideal water droplet size—deep watering without damaging the lawn.Durability-wise, after a few weeks of use, there’s no sign of rust, and the brass hose connector is well-sealed with no leaks. Compared to plastic sprinklers, this metal version is way more durable and reliable
