I ordered 4 of these but the hooks are not there. Need these. Can they be sent?

The hooks on this bucket were spaced quite differently but I managed to make them work on the puppy playpen was also a little heavy duty quite don’t know what you’re getting but pleased with itI use distilled water 💦 as my city water is yuk so doesn’t leave calcium easy to drink out of and to clean
