This fits just fine, but the clips don't hold like the original. This means two things... one, you must install correctly. If it doesn't clip into the glass moulding as designed, the thing will look like a potato chip on your hood. Second, the 'system' to clip in is a TERRIBLE design, but that is BMW/Mini's fault. So this thing worked perfectly, but I had to be very careful to clip it into the lower glass moulding. The guy that did the windshield didn't bother... and then, I needed to put two self tapping screws through the plastic bottom edge of the cowel to hold this down. Once done, workes perfectly, and more reliably than the original.

Item arrived quickly, easy to install, and looks great. The only exception was, as this item was automotive plastic, when it arrived it had been fitted into a box that was not quite big enough, which caused the plastic to become slightly warped. So when I installed the item it did not completely lay down flat and where it overlayed the other piece. However, other than that, the piece assembled ok. After leaving it in place and a couple warmer than usual, sunny days; the parts now lay flatter. I am satisfied with my purchase and would purchase from this seller again without issue.

Got a little nervous as I only received 1/2 and only one tracking. Seller responded quickly with another tracking, explanation, and reassured me. Next day I had the other piece. Great quality, perfect fit, and quick delivery. Very happy.

This is a good looking part, but it doesn't fit perfectly. The molding or the shipping box makes the part out of alignment. I have three Minis and I bought two of these. Both have the same issue. I have a heat gun that improved the fit, but I still have more work to make it fit.
