Premium cheese board set for two people. Thr acacia wood comes un-oiled and I highly recommend to oil all cutting boards. Use mineral grade oil or beeswax instead of cooking oil or olive oil to prevent weird smell.To oil - make sure board is clean and completely dried then pour a generous amount on the board and with a clean, soft dish cloth or a paper towel, rub the mineral oils into the wooden board in circular motion until the oil is well soaked in. Making sure to cover the entire board one side at a time. Leave the board to dry, wiping excess oil and re coat if it seems dry still.The marble plate on the board is quite thin so care is needed to avoid cracking it, it is removable if extra space is required for the cheese board.The cutting knife is quite basic but goes well with the set. I’d say it’s reasonably priced and it looks really premium especially when the board has been oiled but a bit smaller than expected.

For the price point, the item serves multiple uses which includes, cheese, fruits etc. I won’t recommend raw poultry though. Design wise, it is equally pleasing to the eyes and easy storage.
