This heavy duty bar is an incredible improvement over my stock sway bar. My 2007 Class C RV was a limp noodle in turns and even standing still as I walked through the camper. With just the front installed, this was all eliminated. I am eagerly awaiting the rear bar to arrive. Installation was fairly easy. Delivered in great condition.

I gave it five stars because, for my money…Helwig is the best. I bought front and rear for my custom off-road 2003 gonzo Econoline. But know this: my van has a six inch lift. The rear bars installed easily and is incredible. But if you have a lift, the front bars won’t work because the install won’t clear the lift. So…by all means…go with the rear, but forgo to front if you have a lift.

Fit perfect, easy, and most of all it worked to stop the sway on my 2007 E450 24' Winnebago. This was in addition to the stabilizer shock in the front. Only had 20,000 and was really loose when I took the old one off.

Great product support from Hellwig. Easy to install and an immediate difference was noted on ride and handling quality

Installed on to my Ford E350 motorhome on the front and is much stronger than the small factory sway bar it’s a lot beefier and much stronger. Fairly easy to install but it is heavy.

Our Class C handles like an SUV now. I can drive without constant steering adjustments. Install was harder than I expected. Rolling the front end on ramps helped so I could get room to work.

Works great and relatively easy to install. However you are expected to reuse your original bolts from the frame. Which in any vehicle over five years old will likely be rusted out. Mine were, so I sourced four new replacements. The bar works great, and I know not including them is a money saver. But those four bolts should be included with the rest of the hardware

It outperformed my expectations. I paired it with good shock absorbers and my motorhome is rock solid like a cruiser on the road. It eats side wind gusts and bumps safely and predictably and drives straight through curves. Moreover it looks like it reduced fuel consumption for about 5%. My wife is not more afraid to drive it on windy day.

Ok number one complaint, the directions are abysmal, but if you have any mechanical inclination you will decipher their ambiguity. As a suggestion to the company, any sort of digital update would greatly appreciated. Bottom-line, go on utube and get the general sense of of how the project should flow by watching someone do the installation. In total, took about 2 hours, but I am more of methodical worker so it was to be expected, and I do not recommend doing in the heat of the day on gravel driveway...Now to the good part, this is probably the best bang for your buck on suspension upgrade! Actually kind of blown away at the difference. After driving this RV across the United States without it, I wish I had sprung for it sooner. Drastic increase in handling, cornering, and definitely combats against that sensation of getting pushed around by passing Semi trucks! Now, I did both the front and rear on the same day, so I can really only speak to the increase in handling for both at the same time... I would recommend buying both if the funds allows.

fast delivery, installation instructions not very good, had to go on internet" you tube" to see how other people did the install, Double check all the install parts before you begin the install. (1) locking nut was incorrect came with the wrong thread type coarse thread should have been a fine thread, This delayed the install for a day and while I went to the hardware store to buy the correct nut ($2.00)., But all in all after this the install went smoothly after that. I would recommend this to others to purchase.

They perform as advertised. I have a 2004 Winnebago Minnie 24 and it has been a challenge to drive. It was drifting all over the road. It required constant attention and steering inputs. Very fatiguing. My plan is full-time RVing with many miles so I splurged and got both the front and rear Hellwig sway bars. The bars are very heavy and I'm not happy about adding that much weight. But they completely cured the steering problems. It drives more like a car now. On a straight, flat highway I was able to take hands off for up to 30 seconds! Better than my hands on steering. I found I was over-compensating for every little steering adjustment. I then had to adjust back again. So I'm now using my thumb and two fingers and don't have to think about the steering. One potential problem. The steering wheel is now canted slightly to the right when going straight ahead. I expect this is a problem with the installation and not the bars. So I'll have to bring it back to the shop and they will probably charge me for a front-end alignment. Nothing is perfect.
