Do not purchase if you value quality and/or actually wanted to ‘hide’ your keys as this cheap piece of plastic is designed to give away the fact that it is concealing something which totally ruins the entire point of it.

Love that this looks belongs outside and *hopefully* no one notices it. Correct temperature. The slide mechanism is a little funky. The key hangers (2 plastic hooks) do not fit regular sized keys. They broke as we were trying to hang them. We just let them sit in there because they can't go anywhere.Product is cheap (price is too!) but it's a great idea and looks like it belongs outside.

This isn't even the item that looks in the picture. It looks very cheaply made. I know it's under $10 but it looks like it should have been made for like maybe $1. The case is easy to tell that it's not a normal one. Like you can tell that it's a box to hide something in. It sticks out on the bottom. It does not shut all the way. Looks like it's got something black marked on the gauge and some scruffed up marks on the right side like it's been banged around.

It's cheap. Let's just get that out of the way first. If you're a person that analyzes every little thing about something, you'd probably be able to guess this was a hidden compartment by staring at it long enough. But it's located conveniently in view of my Ring video doorbell so I'm not that worried. It definitely does it's job and no one expects it. It's definitely better than using a doormat, flower pot, or a rock or something made to look like a rock. Let's face it...those things are predictable. This also made a cheap, convenient, last minute house warming gift also! No one expects it!

It was smaller than expected but holds 2 keys easily. Manufacturing was not the best, with glue covering thermometer, had to clean off glue to even be able to see thermometer. Thermometer is functional. Installation was easy and no visible evidence it is anything other than an outside thermometer.It's a good purchase for the money, and serves it's purpose.

This my second time purchasing this product because the 1st one lasted about 6-8 months before breaking. After sliding the face up and down to retrieve the key it weakens the plastic and just breaks. It's inexpensive so I am not really too mad about it. It hides my key perfectly and because it has the holes on the back I am able to hang it where ever I would like without it being noticable. It also actually is a thermometer so that is helpful.

It arrived in the cheapest packaging possible which was ironically cosmetically damaged. The thermometer was detached from the box and you can see the hand applied glue on the back of it.The box looked like it was made from the cheapest quality plastic with really badly printed lines and text.You could clearly see a lid covering the oversized box so I can't even imagine this successfully hiding anything.I wouldn't pay 30p for this let alone almost £10. Not recommended at all.
