This is exactly as described. Best I've ever had. It will outlast me.

Great product! The leather is just thick enough to be sturdy but thin enough to easy flex and bend in the back pocket. Tools worn in the pouch wear the leather down just enough to make it easier to slide tools in and out without the leather feeling like it's going to fall apart. The stitching looks great, as does the color and minimalist approach to branding on the pouch. My one drawback is that it isn't as deep as I expected, but I can still easily fit two pair of channel locks in one. The flap on the front to keep it anchored in within the pocket without sliding too far down in the pocket is a nice touch. The leather is smooth with a soft feel to it instead of the normal hard/cracked leather feel u get with many tool pouches. It adds to the comfortability when wearing it. Overall a great product with very few issues.

Works perfectly for me. I can keep everything in one place as a work in different areas of the warehouse. Fits in the back pocket of dickies 874 pants. I keep a pen, box cutter, highlighter, marker, and flashlight in mine. Main reason I got it is because I'm always searching my coat or pants for a pen or box cutter. Saves time searching, when everything is in one spot. Even if you dont use it in a pocket, it keeps everything together.

I was looking for a pocket quiver to manage my arrows a bit better, and keep them from banging around as I walk with a hip quiver. This looked a lot like the ones that cost twice as much, and I thought I'd take a chance. I had it at the range today, and it works perfectly. I had 6 arrows with field points in it, but it has room for more.I used it in the back pocket of cargo shorts without any trouble. It is a tighter fit than in jeans, but it does fit. The pocket measures just under 5" across, so if your pockets are at least 5" it should squeeze in there.I'll post on durability once I've used it a bit more. It does look very well made, and while the leather is a bit softer than I might choose for a quiver it is thick. I'm guessing it will last a very long time.Edit 12.24.19:I have used this for my arrows for a few months now, and it has performed very well. Recently as I was walking my arrows started to move around in the pocket. The leather has broken in a bit, and now the arrows aren't held as tightly as before. I punched 3 holes down the middle of it, and hammered in rivets very similar to the ones that came on it at the corners. So, now my pocket protector has two smaller pockets that hold my arrows very tightly. I suspect that this will fix the problem for good. I loos about 1-2 arrows of capacity, but I don't need to carry a dozen arrows in my pocket. It could hold 10 the way it is now, and I normally don't carry more than 6.

I am a professor, so I carry pens, highlighters, and dry erase markers in my purse . I have been looking for an organizer to keep these together and upright and the pocket organizer seemed like a great solution. It fits in the back pocket of my small, structured bag and stops my pens from falling over, keeping everything easy to find. I can reach in and grab exactly what I need without having to dig in the bottom of my bag. The organizer is well-constructed and rustic—nice quality leather and I love that it is hand cut and sewn. The leather does have a small discolored spot on the front of the pocket, but since this lives inside my bag it doesn’t affect the usability.Thank you to the reviewers who posted photos—you made my decision easier!

So, I bought this for my husband in early May 2018. He is a writer and consultant/analyst who works in film, writes novels, and we are both informal editors both of his works and the works of our global circle. We proof their work when asked and he notes them before they are sent to professional editors then published. He wears clothing with lots of pockets for small note pads and pens (and many other things) and we had been searching for a nice leather "pocket protector". I waited this long to write a review so I could give a review based on a truly tested product. These are AMAZING!!!Most of the time he wears those expensive fishing shirts made by Columbia. From time to time, he won't cap a pen well enough, or won't click it "off", and ink will leak onto his shirt. We had an incident bad enough with one of his favorites and that was the straw that broke the camel's back. We went in search of a leather pocket protector. He did not want a cheap plastic one. For a long time, there was only one leather one that held 2 pens...that would not work. And finally, back in May, I searched again and stumbled on to Hide & Drink. I cannot tell you how much we love their products! We found this one and the smaller version. We bought both. This one works perfectly for him...so much so that we already have 2 of the smaller and 3 of these! The fact that he wanted one in multiple colors and sizes says it all. These DO fit in his shirt pockets on his Columbia fishing shirts. They also fit in the breast pocket of the Cabela's safari vest he wears (photos included). They also fit in the back pocket of his pants, though he NEVER uses this there. He usually wears cargo pants and if he needed to put them in his pants, this would go in the side cargo pocket, and it fits there also. But he never uses it in pants. They fit both in length and width. Perfectly.Functionality - They work great! They fit plenty of his pens. He, yet again, did not cap a pen well and slipped it in his pocket (inside the protector. The pen leaked. No ink got on his shirt! The leather did its job and soaked up all the ink on the inside. The thickness of it prevented the ink from seeping down through to his shirt! No more scrubbing stubborned ink stains for me!If you are debating on buying this...stop. Just buy it. It more than does the job, fits plenty of pens, or whatever you choose to put in it, and it stops ink from ruining shirt. Hide & Drink offers excellent products and they are handmade. Each item comes with a little black card with the name of the craftsman/woman that made it. A wonderful personal touch that is missing from so many things these days. All of their products are of excellent quality. We have key rings, earbud holders, a journal cover, and both sizes of pocket protectors. All of these products are leather and come in a handy little burlap bag with a leather string to close. They are handy for paper clips, and the one this came in holds my husband's hand held voice recorder and its accessories.I'm serious. These are absolutely wonderful. Just buy it!
