I do not understand all the bad reviews on this item. If you make sure you get the proper thread types to match this item. It does not leak. It's a great quality and delivers amazing water pressure.

Diverter works well. Smooth action on the valve. Solid construction and looks good. My only issue is the holder for shower wand. It rotates too easily and doesn’t have a snug fit for my WaterPick wand.

After trying 4 different diverters I was almost ready to give up. Every single one of them reduced the flow by at least 30-50%. This gem had only a slight noticeable flow reduction. Not enough to bother me. Maybe 5-10% (I timed filling a bucket). In addition I no longer need my extra attachment that holds the hand shower because this one has a holder built in. The swivel nut makes a solid, unmovable connection, unlike a few others I tried. The middle setting where both the hand shower and shower head are flowing does have a little bit of a flow reduction, but that could just be a pressure issue, and it *still* feels like a solid shower from the shower head, unlike the other rubbish diverters I tried, which consistently turned my rain shower into a trickle shower. The seller even sent a proactive email ahead, with lots of details for proper installing, which made me feel comfortable in my choice ahead of time. Highly recommended!

Seems to be well made, easy to install and doesn’t leak at all. But…the shower head holder is too small, will not allow a standard size hose to pass thru the slot, so I had to use the holder that came with the shower head. Not a deal breaker but seems like bad design for the holder to be so small.

I bought this because I like to have a fixed and a hand shower. Running both at once - pure delight! The water pressure is certainly strong enough where I live so it works wonderfully. The switch from one shower to the other or to both is seamless and positive switching. It's sturdy and the unit holds the hand shower perfectly. I did however remove the plastic filler sleeve but the device holds the shower handle perfectly. I would buy again!

I've purchased 2 of these. One was a gift for my BF because he loves a good shower and I wanted to give him a nice upgrade in his new apartment. After being impressed with this product once, I decided to upgrade my own shower so I could add a handheld sprayer with reasonably priced products all from Amazon. This diverter doesn't leak at all, has no plastic, looks great, and is very reasonably priced! I bought both for about $27 which is what something like this should cost.I love that you can turn on both the sprayer and the shower head. As you can see in the photos, I don't use the wand holder in mine; instead, I bought some reasonably priced mounting hardware from amazon and drilled into my tile. This allowed me to introduce a horizontal body spray element to my shower if I turn the selector to both. In the other shower that I installed this in, he uses the spray holder and I had to tighten the little bolt so that it doesn't move from the weight of the spray head. It holds it up just fine. The selector turns very easily and "clicks" into place which is feels very satisfying to know that it's in the correct place.I can't really see it because my shower head is larger but it looks great. The water pressure is the same as before and I just love the addition of this to my shower. These are the other products pictured:Handheld Shower Wand: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BZVRR2FLWand Mount: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00J9GAX4YThe shower head is from home depot.

I don't know what's up with these three-way shower heads but this is the second one that the holder is way too small to fit a Delta shower head in fact you can't even put the hose in through the slot it's so narrow.

I had originally bought a similar one, but I was skeptical when I received it because it felt cheap. But I installed it nonetheless and sure enough, you get what you paid for. It leaked all over the place. So I returned it and spent more money on this one. What a difference. When I got it I was immediately struck by the difference. It didn't feel cheap and it was heavy. I installed it and there were no leaks. Works exactly how it should. Don't settle for the cheap stuff, spend a little more and get what you pay for.

I looked at many options on the list like we all do. The price and product description was pretty much in line with my needs. It feels pretty solid, the diverter valve is nice, the packaging and ease of installation are all great. But, There was a few reviews about the holder not able to maintain the weight of the shower wand. meaning it would just sorta flop forward when you set it in the holder. or even push backward if you have good water pressure.I saw there was a way to tighten a small allen screw if it moved. It even comes with the allen wrench. Well, I got it all installed and set the wand in the holder. It immediately flopped forward. Bummer. But, hey, no problem I'll just grab the allen wrench and give it a crank. The small amount of torque I used to give the screw a quick turn broke the screw in the hole. Well, that was the end of that. totally useless at that point.I didn't really want to take it apart and send it back, so I put my thinking cap on and came up with the idea to go in the garage and grab a hose clamp. (like one you'd find on a radiator hose, or similar) I put it right at the spot where the holder swivels forward and back, and gave it a pretty good tightening. Just enough where I could still move the wand where I wanted it. Problem solved. Its not pretty. But, it's ok I can deal with it. (At some point I'll buy another brand and try again)Bottom line, It may, or may not work for you. It stinks that the little screw wasn't just a little stronger.
