I'm updating my previous rating. When the poof arrived, it was very easy to set up. It was compressed and I had to wiggle it around and punch it for about 15 minutes to get it in to shadow. Now that it's settled (2 months later), the warmer weather has caused tiny bugs to emerge from it. I cleaned and vacuumed the poof and the room around it thinking maybe the bugs came from somewhere else, but they've emerged daily now and I am giving up and throwing it out.DON'T BUY THIS! IT HAS TINY BUGS IN IT!!

I loved the color which was true to picture (I got the green) it’s the perfect size for my dogs to jump up on it to access a window (they think they are cats) and they take a nap on it! As for human use, it is firm, it’s looking for any style living room, no ho, minimalist and traditional Also I love the fabric! Looks like it will be around for a long time quality made wise.

It's fairly large and also has a solid feel. Because of that, it's a lirrle weighty/bulky to move. I was glad a reviewer said it comes flattened and then easily pulls out so I did that in the spot i wanted to use it. It's a great foot rest and seat.

I bought this because it said it has a double zipper on the bottom that you can fill. It does not. Their round one has a zipper not the square one. They use the same info for all their ottomans instead of individual information on each product.

Love this foot rest pouf. It’s soft & has some firmness so it gives you some stability if you want to sit on it. It didn’t take long for it to fully expand. I love the light green color as well. Very happy with my purchase. 💚

Firm enough but comfortable. Not as high as other poufs , so we found this to be a terrific height for leg elevation.

My only wish was that the cover should be removable for cleaning. even if spot clean only.

I really like this pouf, it is beautiful, well made and comfortable! It didn't quite poof up to the size that was mentioned (I think it is about 3/4 of an inch less tall than I expected), but that is a very minor thing. It still looks beautiful and serves well as a foot rest or even a "table" if one were to use a tray with coffee cups etc to put on it, and additionally, it even serves as a stretching aid (I am a former dancer and the pouf is the perfect height and softness to allow for overspilt stretching, as I discovered). So I am very happy with it!
