Worked great. Hadn’t used the earthquake mc33 tiller for a couple years and couldn’t get it to start. Figured if I was gonna take the carb to clean I’d just change it. Replaced fuel lines also. Tiller started on the first pull and runs great. Bought the carb advertised for the 43cc but the carbs are the same and it was cheaper than the one listed for the 33cc.

E43 Earthquake ground drilling auger… I am so excited to finally have my auger running! Perfect fit and had the old replaced within an hour. Very easy to put on and I couldn’t believe it when it cranked after three pulls!! No instructions but if you’re mechanically inclined you will be fine. Now, with a tune up kit I think an air filter should’ve been added but I’m happy it’s running. The old fuel lines were dry rotted and the bubble was cracked. The spark plug was old and the tank was broken. But this kit worked a miracle, because the auger was left by a family member to collect dust. Was told that it would not run. I had it for more than five years. Decided to break it out and try to fix it. Im very pleased to say this kit made me happy.

My auger from HBT sat for a couple of years and the carburetor developed corrosion and the fuel primer disintegrated. This kit solved all my problems for a low cost. I had hours into trying to clean the old carburetor and got poor results. With this kit, in about 15 minutes of work, I had a fully operational auger and dug my dozen or so post holes in no time.

My tiller would not start, noticed the bulb dry rotted so bought new one, with shipping 7.00. Tore the original carb apart and put back together but noticed the original rubber diaphragm was misshapen. It still wouldn’t run. Aggravating . found this online, it is only 15 dollars and came with extra bulb fuel lines filter and spark plug. Easy install and runs perfectly now. Just get this complete kit.

Works perfect no adjustments needed. The black hoses for the fuel feed line and the yellow hose is the return line (smaller line ) black line fits on the barb line on the carburetor, and the return line is the smooth pipe from the carburetor.. black line is harder to push through the grommet than the yellow return line.. I used small needle nose, pliers, to help push it through .. make sure you push the fuel filter all the way on . I used all the black line and pushed the extra into the tank .. I cut the yellow return line off a few inches, I’m just saying what I did , .. i didn’t have to wait days on shipping like other carbs that say harbor freight..and they say it’s for the 60322 my auger model number is 60622..I bought the harbor freight predator 60622 many years ago and it’s still looks brand new..was a couple screws needed to be tightened.. there’s a screw on this carburetor that my 60622 didn’t have but the carburetor is exactly like the original. screw on the side of this new carburetor doesn’t matter and it’s not in the way.. i think it might be an extra good thing to have maybe a clean out. Don’t let that stop you from buying it .

Good fix for a gunked up carburetor and corroded fuel lines.Left old 2cycle mix sitting in the tank for more than 8 months the ethanol corroded the fuel lines and the 2 cycle mix gunked up and clogged up the carburetor..Carburetor was a direct fit.the new carburetor Has a larger bore and has an adjustable fuel needle to increase fuel ratio. My 43cc powermate earth auger has never ran better. It idles better and has a faster throttle response..The only downfall was the rubber grommet /seal that the fuel lines go through and press on to the tank was larger than my original. I had no choice but to ream out the hole on my fuel tank 1/8th bigger. Was fairly easy .. I wanted to use my old one but it was dry cracked and fuel leaked from it so the kit includes a replacement except it was larger than my oem.. but I got it to work perfect.. so if your planning to tackle this for the 1st time just be aware.. while most after market carburetor kits are hit and miss this one was easier to deal with than most and most aftermarket kits have multiple gaskets included to fit different model engines and air filter covers. This one only came with one and was the right oneOverall Happy customer :)

Bolted Right On And Now Starts Right Up Even Runs Better Than The Orig. Carb. .I Bought A New Auger , It Bored 2 Fence Post Holes And Quit Running . I Was Going To Send It Back And Found Out I Was Supposed To Pay Shipping . That Made Me Mad , I Ordered A New Carb. And Fixed It Myself . The Carb. Cost About $40.00 Less Than The Return Shipping. Am Going To Order Another For My Mini-Tiller That Wont Run .
