So easy. Plenty of extra embroidery floss. It looks just like I was hoping it would! It is stamped fabric but washes away in water quickly so it looks great

I just had my second one done with them! This was the first one! Awesome material and really easy step by step! Great for beginners! I had issues with my second one and they fixed it promptly! Just received the corrected material!

The coloring on body and faces exceptionally on the last 3 purchased was terrible. Shading was much much darker than the picture I sent and what shows on package. I had to make adjustments. Previously they sent good product, good coloring but very disappointed with last 3. May have to find new company

This was the best cross stitch kit I have ever purchased! Easy to follow, plenty of thread, and even comes with an added packet including 5 extra needles, stitch ripper, mini shears and thimble. I loved it so much, I ordered another custom picture kit the next day!

I sent a picture of my two young grandkids. One is a very light blonde with bright blue eyes and fair skin, the other big brown eyes, dirty blonde and tan complexion. In the photo that I got back , both girls looked the same. The colors they sent are gray, brown, black and some blue. The girls are wearing white. There isn’t any white as the shirts are now blue. Both girls have brown eyes and dark skin. Very weird. Nothing natural this was a waste of time and money. No returns!!!! I was ripped off. Very disappointing. Zero stars is more than they deserve!! But it makes you give at least one. These are Caucasian children not sure why they sent gray for their skin tone. Really bad!!!
