This liner is a little thicker than I expected, but totally does the job. It's kind of heavy so I somewhat prefer the paper liners, but definitely appreciate that this one is reusable + better at containing really messy food items.

I bought this to try in my Instant Pot 4 qt air fryer. The base size of the silicone liner fit OK, but because the sides flare out, it didn't really work for my air fryer. No stars off for not fitting because the description stated it was for larger air fryers. These liners are pretty square too, so they may not fit air fryers with rounded corners.So, I tried the liner baskets in my oven to heat up some french fries. However, the liner started smoking at 425F. I even rewashed the liner basket just in case there was some manufacturing residue on the silicone, but it still smoked (had to take it outside to air out). The product description states it can go up to 464F. I have other silicone products that I have not had this problem with.

I used these in my Instant Vortex Plus (6 quart) air fryer, and they fit fine, filling the interior of the cooking basket with very little unused space. The trays are remarkably thin, though they are thick enough to stand up without a problem. The handles cool reasonably quickly once you are finished cooking, so you can actually grab the trays with bare hands (if you're careful not to touch the hot sides of the air fryer basket itself.)These trays have raised ridges on the bottom, and it does make me wonder if I should just remove the normal cooking rack from my Instant Air Fryer basket when using these (since I believe the point of the rack is to allow air to circulate under the food as well, which is what the raised ridges in these silicone liners probably do.) There are no instructions with these, so I guess it’s best to just try it each way and see what works best for you.I actually like the gray liner better, as black silicone always seems to show a bit of discoloration or filming if you clean them in a dishwasher (these are dishwasher safe), and you can’t see the light grayish film on the gray liner. (From an aesthetics perspective, I’d rather not be able to see what my dishwasher leaves on clean dishes.)I was surprised at how flat the package they arrived in was. They come vacuum packed really thin in a plastic overwrap. Open that up, and they pop back to normal tray shape, as they are very flexible that way (which could also make them easier to store if you can flatten them out somewhere…)Overall, they get full points for helping me keep my air fryer a bit cleaner when cooking messy foods. They don’t seem to adversely affect cooking time or results, so I’m sold on using these, and I’ll continue to throw the gray liner in the dishwasher, and hand-wash the black liner.Actual rating: 5.0

I've had my air fryer for a short time and I love it. These inserts are a welcome addition to the whole system. They are easy to wash and a good value.I use the parchment paper inserts for some things, but I'm finding that these silicone inserts are getting used more and more. One of the really nice things about these is the handles make it easy to prep your food and then drop it into the basket after the fryer is preheated. It also makes it easier to lift things out of the fryer. Just remember to still wear gloves or use a potholder or something because they get as hot as everything else inside.I tested this out on an Asian dish that we call “Sticky Chicken” at the house. One of the ingredients is in the sauce is maple syrup so you can imagine how difficult it would normally be to clean up the pan. The silicone made it relatively simple to wipe out with a sponge. In fact, most of it comes out just by running water over it. These are also dishwasher safe, and nothing's simpler to clean than something like that.At first I was not that excited about getting two in the order but it turns out that having two allows you to set up and cook multiple batches of things without having to reuse everything so it ends up saving a lot of time when you're cooking and allows everything to stay hot longer. So, getting 2 is actually pretty useful.I'm super happy with these.
