The flexible material allows for bending without cracking. 4 hood pin scuff plates included. Center hole diameter - 5/8in (provides clearance for a 1/2in hood pin), 4 - 3/16in holes for riveting, Outside Diameter - 2.5in, Thickness - 0.10in, made of plastic.

I may not have done enough reseda. Didn’t realize they were plastic. Had no idea anyone would make plastic ones. Usually aluminum or steel.
