The ultra lightweight design can be used without a halter for turnout and features a neck strap that secures with elastic and a hook and loop closure. It is also an excellent option for horses that won't tolerate a traditional mask. The movement of the polyester strings keep insects from settling along the horse's face.

These looked like old school browbands with leather lacing we used to use and I hoped my 15H quarterhorse would be willing to wear. WAY TO SMALL.

I wish my horses hadn't been able to wiggle out of these. For the 4 hours they were on, they worked well. I finally found 1 in my pasture. Still looking for the other.

This veil works well but was a smaller fit than expected.

Minimal eye threads to ward off flies. Does not stay on. Any amount of head rubbing it comes right off.

Fits perfectly on 1 donkey but, this size was too small for the other 2. I figured she would have it pulled off by now but she doesn't seem to mind it at all. And, the Flys are noticeably less on her head. Now if I can find 2 more to fit the others all will be perfect.I recommend this item. I also like the fact that it doesn't require a halter to attach to.

I was sceptical if this would work or not but I have a horse that is very sensitive to the flies and she kept rubbing and getting her mask cought on things. This was the only other alternative.I am very surprised that it works great and actually keeps the flies off her face better than a fly mask. With the flymask flies would still get on her nose and with this product there have been no flies anywhere on her face.I will be purchasing more of these for my other horses now instead of the masks.

Mon âne avait beaucoup de mouches au niveau des yeux... avec les franges elles n'arrivent pas à se poser! Facile d'installation, il le garde en place 24 sur 24 sans problème.

Very poor quality. Item ripped almost immediately - seller told me to contact Amazon for help. The fringe in particular easily torn off. Disappointed.

Great product. Wish it came in brown. Excellent for trail riding. Works well in pasture as long as the other horses leave it alone. It's like "dreadlocks" for my horse! :) He's Rasta!

This would be better if it didn't have the elastic piece at the throatlatch. I have 2 brand new veils with no throatlatch because the elastic portion came apart. The elastic completely unraveled. I have 1 horse who is very protective of her "apparel" and she has managed to rub her veil off once without damage and I was able to find it in the field. The rest of them are out in the fields somewhere. They're almost impossible to find once they hit the ground. I thought this would be a replacement for the fly masks as I can actually see the horses eyes. The strings are too short for most horses. The veils also run VERY large! Medium fits a Saddlebred. Small fits Arabian. Large fits warmblood. If I ever find the one's lost out in the field I'll remodel them so the elastic is no longer part of the construction. All in all, it's good idea. It just needs work.
