So glad this Hosim fits perfectly with the LAegendary SN-ZJ06 differential Sonic 1:16 RC! I could not find the LA version of this part at 1:16 scale. I could only find LA’s 1:10 for the this differential part. LA makes its difficult to find parts since they are only on Amazon, to my understanding. I wanted a metal differential anyway to go with the upgraded metal rear dog bones. So far it’s working well and should be much more durable but can’t say with certainty since I’ve only used it once so far with upgraded parts. Just glad I found one and a metal ZJ06!

I ordered 2 of these to replace the plastic ones that came on my Hosim Q902 or 9125 (not sure which it is now…). They both arrived quickly, but upon inspection they had some imperfections in the inner differential part. When trying to turn the differential it would turn well until it would hit a spot that took a lot of force to turn past. I opened one up and they are in fact shipped with grease applied thoroughly! But one of the gears inside had a nub on one side that would hit part of the housing and not allow it to turn anymore! After inspecting it and moving it around some I got the problem to resolve (not exactly sure how) and it now turns perfectly with just the right amount of friction. The second one I ordered had the same problem but I was not able to open it up so I sent it back for a replacement. Overall good quality though.

I have bought 3 of these in the last two weeks and all of them have gone bad within 10 mins of run time. Gears grinding and stripped out. Definitely would not recommend these to anyone. The original plastic differentials lasted three weeks. Was really enjoying the car until parts started to break. Which is normal with use. But the Hosim brand replacements “upgrades” are junk.

They are not serviceable the screws are put on so tight they just snap off so you can not re grease them its been about a month and still no response from the seller now they are worthless..

Fits the Laegendary Sonic 1/16th. Not sure on durability yet. I couldn't get it open to grease the inside. The screws were too tight.
