My husband put this together and one of the grommets tore through. The material is not as thick as I would have liked. Works for the purpose we got it for.

While some parts were a pain to put together, it was only to ensure the frame didn't come apart! Rolls well with no isues going over flooring at different levels. We have been using this for months now and it still works perfectly for our laundry chute!

Love the product, however I waited too long to assemble the product and missed the return date. Found the one handle was missing a snap 😞

I bought this for our family of 8. I used it for clean laundry. It looks good and rolled well at first. However I've had it for about 6 months now and it's already fallen apart. It sits sideways and is very wobbly.

How disappointing… there is nothing “heavy duty” about this cheaply made laundry basket AT ALL. Misleading in images and descriptions with a high price tag attached to it. The box arrived damaged, assembly was extremely time consuming and difficult, and there were missing screws with damaged poles. I am so frustrated!
