I bought a similar product years ago from Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Loved it. After 18 years in a steamy bathroom though, it was time to replace it because it got a bit rusty. Most brick-and-mortar stores are closing everywhere, so ordered this one from Amazon. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! The pieces fit together so loosely, they rattle and bang around, making it almost impossible to install. The metal is thin and light, not sturdy. The towel bars themselves aren't attached by screws, but rather slip in slots which are also too loose. When you hang a towel on a bar, it pulls away from the pole. Too wobbly for damp towels to hang. The angle braces to attach to door hinges are only attached to the pole by a single screw which was almost impossible to screw in because the screw holes in the pole are too small. You have to have a z-angle screw driver to get in there and tighten the screws after installation. I'm tempted to put my rusty one back up because this item is maddening and will put me in a bad mood every day while using. Ugh. I waited too long to install (hate taking doors off hinges, so I procrastinated), so now the item is no longer returnable. Avoid this product and most likely any others by this company. Cheaply made is a bad deal for everyone.

I have two of these now and they are fairly easy to mount on the door hinges. They stay out of the way and make no holes in the wall. The most difficult part was getting the hinge pins out and lining up the mounting brackets. In all took me 20 minutes to install. I am handy and have a full complement of tools.

Not flimsy at all. Originally looking for towel rack that would swing in and out overhead tub/ shower. This came with the parts for that or to hang on door hindges. We choose to hange this on the back of the door in a bathroom with no space for towel bar large enough for a shower towel.Really wish I had a couple of these when the kids lived at home as they kept hanging towels over the bedroom doors, these would have worked great!

Rickety but durable and functional in the end. I have been using this towel rack daily for about a year as a space behind my bedroom door to hang towels since there is no space in my small bathroom. This kit is very rickety and feels cheap whenever you put it together. It is stays together only by having one section of pipe loosely nested into the other (though the extending arms are screwed in). It was a little tricky to get installed on the door since the dang thing kept falling apart as I would putting it on. Once installed however, the mounts on the door hinges keep everything together. I've been truly surprised at how durable and functional this is compared to my first impressions. If you need something to hang clothes or towels behind your door, for the price this is an excellent option.

Absolutely ingenious!! I should have had this years ago when I had a full house!Installed fairly easily, though I did need my hubby's extra hands.I have to say that I was hesitant to buy this because I am one who prefers to keep my damp towels spread open to dry and this rack would mean they'd have to be folded in half. Then I wondered if there would be enough air circulation behind the door and because the towels overhang each other.Well, it is simply a perfect solution for a small bathroom! I have had no issues with the towels drying.As you can see in my photos, each of the towel bars can pivot individually so that hanging up the towel is not awkward. Then the bars simply pivot back in alignment as you open the door. And the towels do not get in the way of the door staying open.For such a small price this is a big space saving solution!

Great Value, it works but not perfectly.You can not beat the price. I purchased something similar from another company, although it only hung one rod/towel. I thought this would be perfect, and allow 4 X the utility.Long story short. Product arrived in perfect order, well wrapped. One of the end caps was on the wrong end. Just pop it off and flip it around.Installation was easy, but the unit is still a little unsturdy. I did read one review and one reviewer said just make adjustments and it is sturdy. The only measurement to take is how many inches is from the top of the upper door hinge to the top of the lowest door hinge.Still the unit is a bit wobbly. It has alot of play in it. Not enough to warrant returning it though. It holds towels, and holds them out of sight and fits the need. I would order it again, but prefer to buy quality products, this would not be a quality product.
