This was way more difficult to assemble than needed to be, and even more difficult to adjust for different desk thickness (the clamping mechanism requires the thickness to be adjusted for each desk so that it clamps securely, but simply loose int the screws did not really allow me to adjust it...had to remove the screws altogether to do it). The instructions are ridiculously tiny.If you can get over those issues, it's a decent enough mount.
