I am giving this product three stars because it is what I consider to be not "real" fermented kombucha. I contacted the company, and they confirmed that they add (or re-add, as they say) carbonation to the product . To me, a good kombucha tea should have natural carbonation - not added carbonation (GT's Synergy, for example). Having said that, the flavor is light, and calories are fewer per serving than many other commercial kombucha products. I ordered this because it was deliverable by Amazon (saving a trip to the store).

i love this brand and wanted to look on amazon to see how much a case would be and these are 2.99 at target and 3x12=36 so this is honestly a rip off don’t waste your money lol
