I used this for my Summit Viper climber - I really don't like additional weight and a ton of accessories on my climber, but even more so I dislike carrying a ton of stuff in/out of the woods. I typically set up my climber and leave it for 3-4 days, then pack in-out as light as possible for the actual hunts, and that usually includes my small thermos of coffee in a jacket pocket or my small pack. I decided to get this cup holder so that I can put the thermos in it not only when I'm up in the tree, but while climbing so that it doesn't fall out of my pocket or pack, and I really love the accessibility of my drink while up in the tree.Installation was a piece of cake - no issues attaching it to the tree stand, and my "thermos" (actually an insulated metal water bottle) fits with no issues while the blue fins on the holder help keep it in place and from banging around. The only things I didn't like is that 1) it's plastic, so not sure how well it will hold up in the elements and getting banged around in my truck and when it is put away after hunting season, 2) there is nothing in the bottom so your bottle or whatever could clank when you put it in the holder (I found, cut, and dropped in a small piece of foam to alleviate that), and 3) the bright, white letter design is unnecessary and not preferred - when you're out hunting the last thing you want is something that is quite visible and draws the eye of your prey. I intend to take some camo tape to mine before I use it again. Overall, though, I do like this and would recommend it.

I got this for my husband for Christmas and he seems super excited about it. The quality seems great, won’t know how it holds up until next season.

This functional cupholder is great for her multiple uses in my opinion. Obviously it’s designed to go on a tree stand, but I think it could also be used in really any other application where you have the ability to clip on a cupholder like a folding chair or something like that. It’s super easy to use. It’s just a matter of attaching the clip and then tightening it to whatever it’s getting screwed onto. It does have flexible grips inside the cup in the event that you have a smaller beverage like a can of soda. I’d say it would fit a pretty standard size thermal cup but nothing too oversized. It feels like decent quality it is made out of plastic but it’s a thicker plastic. For this price I think it’s a good deal.

Trim up the blue tabs and add a thin piece of foam in the bottom works great and will be quiet

I’ve been looking for a good drink holder for our tree stands and this fits the bill! It is plastic but sturdy and isn’t made of cloth like most of them. It’s big enough for my phone. I ordered one for both my husband and I.
