Doesn't stay adjusted like to come apart when you move it i would put some holes in the bars so you can put a bolt in it to keep it where you want it.

I got this for a Masterbuilt electric smoker and it fits great. I initially thought I would have to add a wood topper to this dolly, but has plenty of adjustment so there was no problem getting it to fit, even though my smoker has legs. Seems heavy duty and solid. Assembly took about 30 minutes, but would have been less time if I didn't have to switch casters around. Unless you get them right you'll end up with the two non-swivel wheels perpendicular to each other. This cart could be improved if all 4 casters were swivel. Otherwise it works great for me - it elevates the smoker and makes it easy to move. The two swivel casters have foot brakes so you can lock it in place. The adjustable bars have a ruler on them making it easier to make it square. Happy I got it and I would definitely recommend!

I was concerned whether this would fit my 75 lb. Camp Chef 24" smoker because the width with the legs on was 29.5". The only measurement provided in the product description was an outside dimension of 31.5" and I could not find what the width was inside the rails. I took a chance that the rails would not be more than an inch thick and ordered it. To my relief, the cart easily expanded to the width I needed and could actually go beyond that (not sure how far). Now I can easily move my smoker around. One note about the lockable wheels, I could not lock them with my hands, but no problem using my foot. However, I was unable to unlock them with my foot and had to use a hammer to release them.

This product is very sturdy and durable and the larger wheels make it very easy to move my smoker.

I can see how this would be great on a smoker, but the supporting area under the four corners and the widely adjustable size lends it to much more. I am on a caster craze in my shop, but they do not make sense on everything. I have been putting things on a moving dolly to see if I like it, how I might do it, etc.It will end up on a welding cabinet somewhat similar to the cabinet I have in the pictures. Its underneath structure does not provide for caster mounting points unless I do something drastic. It will sit on this fine.This thing is very strong and surprisingly rigid when cinched up. The casters themselves are identical to several sets I have in use and am very happy with. This rig is very undersold just presenting it as a smoker dolly.
