It is a very heavy wall but flexible connector, much better than the plastic ones I found.

Used this for my 22RE on my 85 Toyota. Works perfectly to pass low pressure air. Based on the material, it wouldn't have a problem with high pressure or heat either.

I actually came across this while searching for a rubber adapter to transition the 6” OD outlet on my Super Dust Deputy Cyclone to the 5” OD inlet on my Delta 50-760 dust collector. It was a perfect fit and is very well made so I’m sure it will be great for it’s intended purpose.

Unfortunately, this didn't work well for me. I was hoping it would be more flexible, but it wasn't. It didn't stretch enough to get around the pipe I needed even though it was supposed to be the right size. It's good quality, as long as the fit is right.
