Update:The Service Team at PLUGTUL contacted me upon reading my original review offering me either a replacement or refund, assuring me that proactive steps were being taken to prevent someone else from receiving a defective extension cord. I chose replacement, and it works wonderfully well. Even with my arthritic hands, I was able to properly, safely, completely insert a plug into each of the outlets.Points off, but not the loss of a star, for they did indeed ask that this review be revised, as they were a newer company. I was planning to do this, regardless. I so appreciated their initiative to fix my issue, especially as it was all about a small, inexpensive cord. KudosOriginal Review:Standard plugs don't go in all the way, leaving about 1/8" exposed. The connection is way to tight to use properly. It is the same in all three outlets.
