Perfect size for typical books and even a medium sized tablet. I have an 11 inch tablet and it fits well. The book I propped on it also fits well. It's not big enough for a big textbook, but I don't need it for textbooks. I've yet to try my laptop on it but I suspect my big old laptop is too big for it. It is very comfortable on my lap, the filling is very moldable and reminds me of a beanbag chair a little. I'm very happy with it on first impression. I'm interested to see how well it does on a warmer day, if it is breathable enough or if it makes me sweaty.

This is a great book holder for me. I use it when I am in my recliner and read my iPad. It is not heavy but does hold my iPad. I like the two devices that keep the book open to the correct page. It is an excellent book holder for sitting in a chair or laying in bed and reading. I highly recommend this book holder.

I had no clue what I was missing when it came to reading comfortably in bed or on the couch. This makes it so easy and relaxed. I switch between real books and my tablet when I read and both work perfectly. The angle and height of the book and tablet feels just right and stand is light on your lap when you're using it, unless you're reading a 100lb textbook that is. If you're a reader in bed, on the couch, in an arm chair, you need one of these!
