Used it once as tank light at night dive. Did for some reason not close properly and flooded. Tried to dry and clean it but unfortunately one of the sin contacts broke. Had a second on which still works, but need to take it diving. Is a simple mechanism with twist but make sure its fully closed/switched before going into water.

This dive tank light replaced a similar one that I had for years that got crunched by a tank and it flooded the first time I tried to use it. It was tightened down all the way and blinking when put on the tank but during its first dive, the light stopped functioning and when I opened it after the dive, was full of water. Seems like a quality issue.
