Better than the previous models. Easy to use app and I got Zoupw 200w solar panels to charge it in an emergency and they work great. Also charges up from an outlet in about 2-3 hours.

This is absolutely amazing .. I use it for local power outage .. I am in a location that requires me to pump all house waste water into the city sewer .. with more frequent outages I decided to invest in a Jackery this year .. I am so happy I did .. It is more than sufficient to run the pump as needed.. connect wifi .. I can run my sewing machine, lights, the kettle .. and I purchased an electric blanket to keep warm as furnace adaptation is a bit costly. This Jackery will cover me for days if need be .. most outages are resolved within 12 hours .. I'm so happy with this... no fuel needed generator .. if you live in an apartment, condo, or just don't want to mess with fuel and cords through a window .. this is a great solution .

I did a lot of research on solar generators before I bought this one and this is perfect for our mid size portable unit. It's light enough to carry around and charges really fast in the wall. Easy plug an array of things into and over all just a good thing to have around for emergencies or when we are out at the farm and don't have a plug nearby.

Let's start by saying what this is, and what it isn't. Its a high capacity, solar generator (read battery). It's not what I would consider a generator that runs on fuel. That said, I use this a lot. It's a great companion at tailgates to run things like speakers and crockpots. It's super portable and 100% quite - 0db when operating. It will run my 250 watt sound system and a couple of crockpots for 4 - 6 hours on a charge. When the power went out, it kept my refrigerator running for 9 hours and still had charge left when the power came back on.I also have a gasoline powered 10K watt generator I use for basic essentials in my house when the power goes out. The two are not the same, and shouldn't be compared. They each have a purpose and work well together.I'm very happy with my Jackery for the purposes I bought it for. I have subsequently purchased one for my parents and in-laws too.

This thing was a life-saver after hurricane helene. We were able to power our starlink all day long, and keep our phones charged as well.We already had ~300W of solar panels, so we can charge it back up during the day as well.It has a ton of ports, it's light, it's sturdy and it hasn't failed us yet.It charges very quick when plugged into your home outlet as well.I wouldn't hesitate to rely on this product, and if you can catch it on sale it's a fantastic deal!

Arrived in a dented box scuffed up and with the housing broken/displaced in one area, but it's currently charging and it was easy to connect to the app, which I didn't know existed, and I just read it has UPS functionality which I also didn't know but is fantastic because I got this to use it to keep my aquariums running during power outages, particularly if we lose power during an upcoming vacation. I may not have to have someone come over and swap things over and turn this on if it has its own UPS functionality. I'm very excited and hopeful the beating I suspect it took on the way here didn't mess any of it up. I may suggest to Amazon and Jackery to have handles on the outer box maybe so these rather heavy and unwieldy when in a box devices don't get broken during shipping. This is my fourth jackery and the first real big one. I have a 240, 300, and a 500 all still going strong.

Great bang for your buck, had to buy the solar charging adapters separate but sheโs a gem!

This product is easy to use, recharges quickly, and has a lot of capacity and power output. I'm pleased with the quality and usability. When recharging from AC, the charge rate tapers when the battery is nearly full or nearly empty, but in the bulk middle area it climbs to ~1100 watts. Therefore, you can get a bulk charge done very quickly without enabling the "emergency charge" feature. I've recharged from grid AC and from a generator, works great either way. I haven't tried solar and probably won't need it, but it's nice to have the option. The only unavoidable con is that it's a bit heavy, which is mostly due to the 2kWh battery capacity. Still, the big handle makes it pretty easy to move, and I got it more for a home backup than as a highly mobile power station.I've used most of its features and been very happy so far. If the product longevity is as expected, then it will end up being very much worth the purchase. We could end up getting one of the smaller models for a more mobile solution as well.

First of all, it is hard to find companies that are responsive to customers questions or concerns and not everything is predictable so I appreciated the excellent and prompt customer service responses I received with Jackery. Their California location may be one reason for that. A couple of small ordering and delivery glitches were handled quickly to my satisfaction, and I received delivery about 10 days after placing order. The power station is excellent in its power capacity. It is not light weight, but at slightly under 40 pounds it is still significantly lighter than other brands with similar wattage that are 20 pounds heavier. It has a sturdy pull-up carrying handle, smooth, well designed case. I could use a couple more outlets on it, but it's adequate for my need. It is an adjunct to my gas powered generator that powers the essential areas of my house. Two rooms not covered by my emergency switching panel will be served indoors by this fume free power station which will take care of my internet mesh router during the day and a medical device at night.I waited to post a review until I tested everything and I can say everything worked perfectly out of the box. The power station charged up from 29% to 100% in about 1h 40m. I then drained it down to about 94% running my laptop and charging a few things and took it outside to test the solar panels. Because we were having a run of typical overcast NW days I waited for a partially sunny day to test. I then tested the panels on a day with partial sun, and even with that I immediately got around 30 watts of charging through clouds. A couple days later with full sun, I retested and got 200 watts of charging power, so good to go with that. Choices of AC or solar charging or both together for fastest result.I had read a couple of low reviews so I was cautious to make sure everything worked. I think the problems they had could be prevented by reading the manual and checking connections. The complaint about no adapter for included solar panels can be solved by checking the plug on the cable for the Jackery panels which can fit 2 types of receptacles by simply pulling it apart, in this case to use the straight section of the plug. Compatability with other brands should be checked whether they might be different. Also the cable that connects to the solar panels must be properly inserted or it will not work at all. It may look like it could work either way, but there is a tongue and groove fit that must match facing toward the front of the panel and pushed in all the way. The way I first connected looked good but did not work until I changed it. Then it worked immediately. I was not previously familiar with the Jackery brand, but overall, after this experience, I am very happy with this purchase and would do so again. And with the newer type LiFePO power cells, I expect many years of good usage.
