I like this sturdy black nylon material leg exerciser.It has several rungs to use.. l used it for leg rehabilitation and strengthening.lt helped me to have my leg become more mobile. lt also can be used to strengthen your arms ,use sideways. The foot part slips out because it's large.

He feels like he has already gained so much strength. He just recieved it today and has already done 4 sets of 10. He can barely use his legs, so for him this is definitely great news.

Not too sure who this product was designed for but the straps that hold your foot and ankle into position are too long and too loose for any type of dynamic streching. It wouldn't have been a problem if the back of the strap had loop material on the back side but because its an elastic strap it does not allow for the velcro hook to attach to it.

This is so easy to use! This really helps loosen up my foot muscles that get tight due to plantar fasciitis. I can even use it when I'm in the car (as a passenger) to get a start on my stretches before I get to the gym. Very helpful; I already bought another! There's no reason to pay more. This is a great price!

I received an ad on my Facebook feed for a similar stretcher, but it was more than I wanted to spend, so off to Amazon I went... After a quick search I found this much more affordable option and I'm so glad I purchased it! My flexibility is improving already, as this makes it easier to get a good stretch especially for someone just starting out and rather inflexible. Good quality, feels very sturdy!

Well made item with useful hand loops to hold the stretch easier. I've been using to stretch out my hammies and calves and it has worked well. Especially nice being able to do it while lying down in bed.

An amazing value - and it works perfectly! I see similar products selling for many, many time the price this cost... and this one is perfect. It works great! Much easier than those rubber bands. Your foot slides easily in and is held in securely, the handles give you extra leverage to really pull in a stretch.Buy this. You won't regret it.
