Product Description

quail egg peeler

The color you received is random may black or white.

Method of cooking eggs

1> It is better to use 2~3 days(in summer)/3~4 days(in winter) fresh quail eggs.

2> Boil the water, pour the quail eggs into the boiled water, keep big fire and stir for about 3~5 mins (keep in mind this is the most important step), after then turn into small fire for about 5 mins.

3> Take out the quail eggs and dip them into cold water immediately.

4> Put the quail eggs into seal container and crack the shell by shaking them.

5> Dip the shell-cracked eggs into cold water for 5~10 mins, keep the quail eggs dipped in water, so it will take some water when you put eggs on machine,

it is good for peeling effort. 6> Fix the peeling machine, Place the quail eggs on the peeling machine, turn the handle clockwise and press the egg slightly, release your hand after the machine bites the shell.

The Difference between Machine Shelling and Hand Shelling

1> Hand peeling: hot and cold water, quail eggs can be boiled;

Machine peeling: water must be boiled eggs can be boiled down the pot

2> Hand peeling: no stirring after laying eggs;

Machine peeling: quail eggs must be stirred immediately when laying eggs

3> Hand peeling: Remove cooked eggs, shell cracking can be peeled, no need to cool crushed shell

Machine peeling: When the eggs are completely cooled, they can be peeled by shaking them in the container (with obvious shells falling off).

4> Hand peeling: boiled quail eggs, eggshells not in the middle can also be peeled.

Machine peeling: Egg yolk needs to be in the middle, otherwise quail eggs are easily damaged.

I raise quail and I wanted to hard boil some of the eggs, but they are so small that it's hard to do. I bought this thinking it would make it easier - it didn't. don't buy it.

It breaks open the egg whites and exposes the yolks on all the eggs. Not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I peeled 144 eggs in about 10 minutes the first time I used it. Follow the directions and it works great! I raise quail for the eggs and get a little over 100 eggs a day. I pickle the eggs and also eat them as they are. I have two classifications for peeled eggs: 1. near perfect/able to be pickled and 2. eat soon. This gave me more near-perfect eggs than I was able to do by hand. I used my whole hand to press on the eggs to get the shells to catch. This enabled me to shell 5-6 eggs at the same time which is very helpful. This is now my favorite kitchen accessory! I am very pleased.

Once you learn how to do it, you can have 4 eggs going at the same time. Makes making pickled quail eggs a LOT faster than peeling by hand!

Once you get the hang of it, it works well.

So far it’s working well and easy to clean. The instructions on how to prepare the eggs is great. Easy to read and understand. It’s also simple to use.Make sure if your peeling a lot that you rinse and clean a bit as your using.

It made peeling them fun! So easy to use and install. Just use the C Clamp provided to secure to a table or countertop. After boiling the eggs and cooling them off in a ice bath, I drained off most of the water (just leaving enough in there to cover the bottom of the pot, you'll see why, read on) and put the lid back on the pot, held it there firmly and shook it about 10 times. This breaks up the shell. The moisture on the eggs makes it easier for the rollers to grab ahold of the shell. Place four or five quail eggs on the rollers, depending on the size ( you do want a little bit of room for them to roll around) put just the slightest bit of pressure on the eggs as you turn the handle, this will help the shell get caught by the rollers, let the tool do the rest. Then roll them off the end into a bowl and load up the rollers again! It also helps if you put a shallow Tupperware or towel under the rollers to catch the eggshells that fall underneath. Best investment ever. Have fun!

Peels eggs in seconds.Let your eggs cool properly, crack them up in a closed jar or bowl, very light pressure under a steady stream of water, very minimal. Clean the rollers as required, very essy and quick.And expect minimal wasted eggs, no more but no less than you can get by hand peeling.Recommend this item if you have realistic expectations and follow directions.

After boiling, cooled in ice water and dried off, they peeled easy with just a little bit of down pressure
