These are excellent folders. The printed front of the folder is a great way to track the folder contents.. The quality of the folders is excellent and they should last for many years, depending on how frequently they are accessed. If you need a quality folder to track jobs or other endeavors these are a great choice.

These pre-printed file folders with lines and large spaces in between can be used for multiple record keeping purposes. They can keep you organized not just on your computer but when you are sitting in front of your customer/client with their file in front of you. To name just a few uses for writing on the lines:1. Date last spoke to customer/ client;2. Contents in file;3. Dates of progress made on the job;Etc.Yes, this information will also be put into a computer data bank. But sometimes it’s easier to have the information written on a file folder in front of me than go through computer files online. These folders are letter size, sturdy and strong. They function well as the documents are held securely in the file pockets and the cardboard is easy to write on with a pen or pencil. The files can be adapted for many uses with the stroke of a pen. I recommend them. Oh yes, I almost forgot…they are a good value for the money for a quality office product.

It’s the perfect thickness—not too flimsy, not too thick of a folder. It holds plenty of files or papers, so I’m happy with it. I use it to keep track of my jobs and tasks. It helps me stay on top of my progress, expenses, and whether a project is worth continuing or jumping ship.

This job folder feels durable, about slightly thicker than the normal yellow folder. It is also smooth on its surface. I like the pocket design which helps keeping small papers safely inside such as receipts, work notes without being accidentally slipped out. I primary use it to file my own home related expense receipts and other home paper documents. With the pocket design, it is a secure way to organize documents. I do not use the printed forms/template on the folder. It has no problem fitting normal letters, or standard 8.5x11 inch size papers. This is a good organization paper filing tool. At $0.87 per folder, I think it is acceptable but it could be more attractive if it is at $0.5 per folder.

These are REALLY nice folders. Perfect size for holding 8.5x11" and smaller docs with spaces for all the necessary notations related to a project. The picture shows the top edge of a standard 8.5x11" document so it's easily inserted or removed. The folders are very heavy/sturdy cardboard that will withstand lots of use with 20 lines for notations along with other entries with cost totals for closing out jobs. The fit between the rails for hanging folders, but are too tall to go in the hanging folders. In mine, the top tabs are the same height as my tabs on my hanging folders. Organizationally, they make things SO much cleaner, especially for those jobs with dozens of misc receipts. And, as much as it scares me sometimes, I can just hand the folder off to whoever needs it. Saves me digging through the mess they likely created. A buck a project is money well spent.

These Job Folders are made of a thick paper/thin cardboard, so they are sturdy and the glued flaps on the backside are not going to burst apart - this is well-made. My issue is that there is absolutely no gusset on this product, so this is essentially just a manila envelope that doesn’t close. Yes, there is preprinted space to write details of what is inside, status, progress, and a very abbreviated job cost summary section, all of which can be repurposed for whatever other notes you need to write, but this just isn’t going to hold very much.I get that most things are paperless these days, but if you do need to keep paperwork, you’d want to have sufficient capacity to do that efficiently. I used a similar product in my last office which was paper intensive, and I trained my staff to keep good notes so anyone could pick up the project and carry on if necessary. Those had a 1” gusset. I wish these did.I’ll use them, but not as I originally planned.
