My son is 10 and is on his 4th controller. PlayStation controllers are too expensive so off brand is where I go. This particular controller has stood up and exceeded all other off brands that we have tried. It was extremely easy to connect to the PS4. It is made fairly well considering my son “rages out” at times and other controllers have gotten broken inside where the little brackets hold the buttons together. I definitely recommend this one over any other off brand! Happy gaming everyone 👍🏼

Battery charges fast, first use connection with cable and then automatically.Nice response buttons click not my preference but ok. L1 and R1 not pronounced but good enough.Nice!

Works great! Great quality, Very comfortable in the hand and holds a charge for a long time. I was worried about the thumb stick feel because I use kontrol freeks on the oem controllers, but with the range of motion and comfort with this controller i can still make the precision shots, so I don't miss or need them!With oem controllers still being ridiculously expensive for a 10+ year old console (and they don't last long either, ridiculous for the price) get this controller instead.My partner ended up buying this controller as well after my experience.

So I initially bought this thing because all my other controllers either don't work or have stock drift and I wanted to just start buying cheap controllers and tossing em when they fail. I go through controllers at an alarming rate, whether it's bad luck or through heavy use.Often times it's from heavy use on smash bros (I have a dongle that connects any controller to my switch) but this thing has held up more than any controller I've ever bought, even the genuine console controllers don't hold a candle.If you need a controller that can really take some abuse then def get this one. The grip feels great, the buttons are smooth, the plastic seems sturdy and the whole thing has good weight, actually pretty spot on with a real dual shock.The only two things I have issues with is that the joysticks are uncomfortable after a while. They don't have very thick rubber and are ridged.The second issue is the battery life is pretty short. I have to plug it in after 3-4 hours of gaming.Outside of those small things I am happy I bought it and going to buy a couple more soon.

Update: I’ve changed my review from 5 stars to 3. I’ve had the controller for 5 months and it occasionally starts vibrating and won’t stop. While in this mode it will not control the PS4. I have to press and hold the on button for 15 seconds to reset it to be able use it again. Very inconvenient!!Previous Comment When Purchased: Only complaint I have is that the charging port is not in the same spot as official controllers. I have wireless charging adapters for my official controllers but it won’t fit on this controller. Other than that it is great!

I got this for my PS4 to be able to play Fortnite with my son. Definitely a nice controller IMO. A little on the heavier side (but for me I prefer that) and it actually charges and holds a really long charge (atleast a days worth) I’ve purchased others that either the charger gives out after a few days or it bends and breaks or the controller doesn’t hold a charge for more than an hour but this one has been totally inexpensive and worth the money’
