I just took this cup out of the sublimation oven and it is chipped. It is not the first one, almost if of them chipped and I used my fingers to peel the paper back. I will never buy this brand again. If I could I would give no stars I would

Received in perfect condition, however I went to customize the tumblers and noticed I did not receive any shrink wraps as described.

I love the vibrant colors that transfer to these cups. I’ve had issues with other brands and these are great. The BARELY leak. The lid suctions really well and if you close the mouth piece, these hold up better than most water bottles including the viral Stanley cups. I’ve had great reviews from customers and repeat customers with this product as they’re versatile and can be fully custom for any event or holiday.

They sublimated well, but i don't like how once the handle is on it won't fit back in the box it came in. I like to be able to give them to my customer in a box so cam wrap it and such.

I love the fact that the handle is removable so that I can get a complete sublimation all the way across the cup. They sublimate well and I have bought these several times.
