The daily pages track your mood, day of week, bedtime and wakeup time, water intake, emotional triggers, reflection, meals with calories + weight and workout tracker, and a notes section [lined space, open space, activity, self-motivation] and ratings for the day on energy, activity, and overall mood.

I love this product. I actually got it on time. If you are wanting help to start journaling and track your moods this product is the easiest to use. They have multiple colors to choose from. Also it is very steady and beautiful. Plus you get your money worth with this purchase.

I have found the mood tracking pages very helpful in tracking and analyzing my moods on a daily basis. I have not found the second page to be helpful. I know that the items tracked on that page can affect moods, but there isn’t room for analysis helpful in drawing connections.

This mood journal is good if you are bad at remembering to monitor this aspect in your other journals like I am. I wanted to track this behavior but forgot to do it myself. My only issue is that it wastes a lot of space on other tracking that I don't need which is very typical of many journals. It's hard to find the perfect journal for every person.The other issue is that it wasn't packaged in any protective case. I appreciate less waste, but the covers are very creased which is disappointing when you receive something new. Overall, this didn't really have any negative impact to the use of the journal.It's 100 days which helps build a habit, so I think this is a good way to check behavior and determine if you want to continue this type of monitoring, add it to a different journal or purchase another one.

This well-made, pretty-in-rose-gold planner has 100 two-page layouts for tracking your mood. It has space to record any triggering situations which are exacerbating your mood (which is helpful for identifying areas of change in your life). It also has space for you to record your sleeping times, your meals and water intake for the day, and the amount of exercise you get which can factor into how you feel. A very useful tool for helping you get your emotional life under control!

Each page is generic enough that you can enter each day you actually use, no page is wasted. It tracks, not just your current mood, but also has space for possible triggers, provides steps for working through them, and tracking meals and water.I use this, not just to track my stronger moods, but also possible things that might contribute to that mood, like nutrition and hydration, along with notes about current blook glucose readings.As a diabetic, this is helping me understand how food, exercise, etc, affects my energy/moods.

Trying to get a handle on my PMDD and was suggested that I keep track of my mood and mental state daily for a few months. This is perfect. Excellent "prompts" so I can organize the different aspects of how I'm feeling on any given day. I like the addition of the meal trackers so I can quickly see the effects if any. Small but not tiny. Sturdy and unobtrusive in my bag.
