The arm rest doesn’t sit well , it takes 5+ hours to assemble and bed portion doesn’t open up. only amazons option is to return the item without attempting to fix or communicate with manufacturer. to assemble we break the boxes , but amazon continues to tell me they’ll arrange 3rd party pickup and when they send my item back in good shape they’ll refund. so either keep the defective item or may receive a refund kind of talk.

I bought this for my sweetheart. It arrived sooneer than estimated whidh was great. The packaging was intact and undamaged. On the other hand, there was insufficient padding or protection which resulted in the cloth liner incurring multiple tears. Granted the tears are not visible it was still disappointing to have this happen to a new product.
