I ordered a size 11W. They sent me a used pair of size 10.5.Upon using these for the first time the laces snapped while riding. As anyone would do I sent the product back and the seller contacts me saying they do not accept used products and denied my refund.Terrible product for the price you’d expect something to last through a one time use but what’s even worse than that is the sellers response saying that they were misused and not faulty.Do not buy from this company as they are not accommodating whatsoever and the boots are cheaply designed.

Best snowboard boots for a wide foot , I constantly have to wear size 13 or 12 in boots unless wide is available, once I saw these come on wide I bought them and wow the difference it makes , if you have a wide foot like me buy these !!!!

I haven't had snowboard boots for a long time. But these are much more comfortable and more adjustable than my older snowboard boots. Hopefully these don't disintegrate in storage

If your feet are wide even a little, consider choosing this one, size measurements are exact, and fit perfectly in K2 large/x-large bindings.

I have owned two pairs of these and my sons both own them. The latest models cause severe pain on the medial maleoli (inner large round bone on the ankle). The pain usually develops within one day of riding and hurts worst when hiking or skating. We have all tried heat molding that the local stores offer and inserts under the foot bed but this is not helping. The liners themselves have hard plastic around this bone which constantly bruises that bone with sharp pressure. We would like it if K2 would provide some alternative and could possibly give a higher rating. We took the liners out of some older K2 boots and used them and they work great and we like the boots then but with the factory installed liners we can't use these boots. DO NOT BUY if K2 hasn't replaced the liners we bought with something that won't destroy your ankles. The ones we have say INTUITION CONTROL FOAM on them. Terrible design. Otherwise the boots are awesome.
