My dog seems to tolerate these well enough. The sizing chart is a little misleading. Based on her measurements they are too big, as we had to tighten down the adjustable straps all the way. Maybe get a size smaller than what your measurements tell you for proper fit.

So I’ll start off by saying this product is slightly too big for my dog’s head, so if it was a little smaller or she was bigger then half of my issue with it might be fixed. Because it’s as tightened as it can get the straps hanging off are so long and loose that you have to tie those together just to keep them off her face…and they of course slip off extremely easy, plus the strap around the “chin” presses on her throat and makes it seem like it’s choking. Also it hardly reduces sound at all…AT ALL.Besides those issues though it does work in calming my pup in those high anxiety moments of thunderstorms & fireworks, etc I think just the pressure of it on her head is helpful.

They're easy to fit, provide enough muffling that loud noises aren't as much of a problem. Only flaw, if your dog shakes their head, they move and you have to readjust. Otherwise, they work well.

The product arrived so fast! Which I absolutely appreciated, but it didn’t fit my dogs small head 😓 maybe I measured it wrong? But I measured 16” and the listing shows 15-25" so was surprised when it slid right off his head. The quality was okay. But I ultimately had to return it since it didn’t fit.I’m sure it would be great for a bigger dog! The straps were super easy to adjust so very customizable.

I got these for my service dog, a golden retriever and labradoodle mix, to wear when we fly, take cruise ship vacations, attend concerts, see fireworks shows, and go to a local theme park with loud roller coasters and a train whistle. She only tried to take them off twice when I first put them on her. After I adjusted the straps a little bit more, they were comfy and she quit messing with them. The materials are soft and good quality. The foam lining is thick, about 2 inches if I were to guess. The straps were easy to tighten, which I greatly appreciate as someone with disabilities that affect my dexterity and fine motor control. I put my dog next to me and started out whispering the words she gets excited by. I gradually increases my volume until I got to a shout and she finally heard me then. They work. I want to remind everyone that these are NOT NOISE CANCELLING. They are AS ADVERTISED as NOISE REDUCING. Many reviewers appear to have misunderstood the listing regarding the function of the product. And yes, funny enough, the brand it printed upside down as one reviewers noted. I find it funny. The ear coverings fit over most of my service dog's big ears. Just a little bit of her ears have to peak out the bottom. the base of her ears are just under 4" wide and they fit perfectly into the headphones.I took off one star because of the fit. These were listed as fitting dogs whose head circumference is 15"-25". My girl's head circumference is 20.5" over the ears and 19" in front of the ears. I had to tighten the chin strap all the way, as tight as possible, and the head straps by about 75%. They seem to be just a little bigger than the listing advertised. I would estimate between 17" and 30", but I haven't measured them yet to see precisely. I took a star away for that because anyone with a dog whose head is any smaller than my service dog's will not be able to wear them unless the dog's ears are positioned on top of their head instead of on the sides. German Shepherds, Huskies, and Dobermans would do great with these. But Goldens, Bassets, Labs, and Poodles with a head circumference smaller than 20" would struggle to make these fit properly.

What I don't like about it is that it doesn't fit my dog's head so it's kind of useless

The product overall seemed like advertised. It has been a little tricky to get the sizing right and tight enough but my dog does have kind of a small head. the logo on the side of it is upside down. Hardware seems cheap and it loosens on its own. The earmuffs themself split after only 2 uses and some wearing practice. I would not recommend

I'll start by saying I have a multi-purpose service dog who accompanies me anywhere I go. I purchased these for ear protection in instances where we go to places (parades/fair/plane/etc) that has a high noise or is very loud.I found these are very similar to mutt muffs which is a popular brand among service Dog Handlers but I do believe these adjust a lot more so that you can get the perfect fit which is essential for these being most effective. These were a few dollars cheaper than the actual mutt muffs but I decided to give them a try. They came nicely packaged and overall the quality is very good on the Muff itself. the straps may seem a little thin but in reality I think that works better so that it's not a lot of bulk on your dog's head.the muff itself is lined in like a soft rubber so it's comfortable and the shape is pretty ergonomic for their heads. The inside is this very dense foam that does an excellent job at canceling noise. Overall this is a very decent quality product and it is highly adjustable, I also found that the measurements listed are true to size and I would not recommend this for a dog under 50 or 60 lbs but could easily see these fitting a dog a 100 plus poundsI read the few comments about these not being noise cancelling and put one of the muffs over my own ear and tested them a bit. I did notice if the muff was not properly fitted over my ear there was still noise coming in but once it was put into place the noise was far less and very muffled.so I believe finding a good fit and making sure these are placed correctly makes all the difference in using them. We have tested them out a litte bit and they seem to work just fine. I was also pleased that they arrived me 4-5 days after I ordered which was super fast, I definitely recommend these muffs for working dogs that need them.
