Just like another reviewer, my switch had drop-outs where the signal is either scratchy or totally non existant. Jiggling the toggle sideway allow it to make contact, but as soon as the toggle "arm" is released the signal cuts off. Considering the type of setup these "superswitch" type are used on, I double checked if it was the welding that was faulty but everything checks out. I'm gonna assume I had bad luck since the friend that suggested me this switch has no problem with his own setup. Sorry to say but an original Fender is on the way as a replacement...

Love the ability for so many options. Installed on fence squire with homemade pickups. 5.4 ohm single, 5.7 ohm single, 8.4 ohm humbucker.Wired guitar with this switch, a mini on/on/on toggle, 3 push pots giving plenty of opportunities to enjoy

Switch has drop-outs where the signal is diminished and/or scratchy. Have to jiggle the toggle on the switch to have it make good contact. I noticed when putting it in that the rotating contact plate is somewhat loose (compared to a Fender-brand version of this switch). Maybe this was a fluke, but I ended up having to replace it with a genuine fender switch which works flawlessly.

This lasted 3 days before the contact slider somehow bent and jammed up between the contacts, rendering it completely worthless. Trying to straighten it out is futile because of how flimsy it is and you'll just have the same problem again. I have never had a switch do this in the 31 years I've been playing guitar. First and last experience with this brand.
