This griddle is a good size and is very portable. The instructions are fairly clear and it's easy to set up. It has several different zones of warmth so you can cook something and move it to the side and it won't get cold. I've been using it for burgers and it has been nice to have a burger zone and an onion zone. Overall I am very happy with it.

I like how it's a double cooker, love the size , perfect , but the pan does not have direct contact to the cook top. It only contacts the edges , and has a few non hot spots, I've learned around it , but just pointing it out

I selected this for the griddle function. I like that it is a very large griddle. I wish it went on easier and stayed in place with more of a "click on feature" to be more secure. When making pancakes it is obvious that there are hot and cold spots, and not necessarily where the directions says they will be. The whole thing is quite heavy, and since it is ceramic griddle with a glass top I'm extra careful about it getting cracked or damaged when in storage.

It said ceramic cook top griddle. Well, its ALUMINUM, and its coated with a dip or spray of some material they call ceramic. Its super thin, and provides ZERO protection. Aluminum off gases over 400F, and this paint thin ceramic is doing NOTHING. Why not make a actual UNCOATED cast iron? This is what people who want a healthy cooktop want. If it was cast iron, I would buy 2 and keep it.I sent this thing back because I dont like to eat toxic cooked food. One more thing to note. Hard to tell when it is OFF, and takes a LONG time to cool. This is better than most for its larger heating surface, and maybe why it take so long to cool. I would not mind that IF it was a natural cook top.Cask iron can be seasoned and it becomes non stick, and no toxic.I gave it a extra star for the heating and overall it is larger than others.

This is a nice cooktop for places like a cabin, an RV, or even camping if you have an AC power source. It is limited in its control (my biggest complaint). It only has three levels of power. The cooktop itself is glass. so you have to be careful with it (My first order came cracked and Amazon replaced it immediately). The griddle is Aluminum with a coating on it (There is fine print that says that the griddle is for use with plastic or wooden utensils only, so the coating can be scratched by metal utensils). The drip tray is plastic. The drip tray connects to the back of the cooktop, and you slide the griddle into slots on the cooktop and can secure the griddle to the cooktop with 'clamp posts'. The hole in the griddle will line up over the drip pan.Using the cooktop is a bit unusual in that you select the burner (A or B) and then set the temperature you want, and then hit 'play'. The cooktop heats up very quickly, the griddle heats up a little slower. The griddle itself is easy to use and clean, but I wish it would attach to the cooktop a bit more securely as the griddle can slide around a little as you cook. The instructions are OK, and it comes with a cute cookbook.Overall, the cooktop is lightweight, easy to clean, and has a large griddle surface. Is it your best choice? if you want something lightweight for an RV or camping, then maybe. If you want something to add to your kitchen I would consider other options.

Got this for the cabin and it got plenty of use on just the week we were there. It takes awhile to heat up which was expected. Cooks evenly with good greatHeat distribution to cover the entire griddle area. Didn't use any oil to cook, just the natural grease from the bacon and sausage. Nonstick. Cleans up way easier than any pan at home. Just wipe it with a paper towel and you're good to go. The size is perfect as you can cook multiple things on it at once. Good value for the money
