This has been a great product for getting my daughters in better shape for softball. The cones and bands have been useful to build strength and explosion. I took off one star because one of the hurdles wouldn’t open.

Nice amount of items for the set.The rungs on the ladder are not fixed however. I prefer fixed rungs because they don't need to be constantly readjusted.It would have also been nice to have some kind of instructions for use of some of the items. People who are not familiar with the items will have to look up drills and ways to use them.

Got this set for my son. This was his last year in junior football and is moving on to Junior High ball next year. He really enjoys working out and training with this kit. It has everything he needs to work on is movement, agility, and stamina. Even his coach was impressed with all that came in the set. This is definitely a great set for improving your skills on the field. All the parts are well made, and we haven't seen any breaks or failures of the equipment. I was especially impressed with the hurdles, as they took a beating when my son first started using them. I give this kit a 10/10.
