I’ve previously bought Rocky’s but these boots had comfort right out of the box! Paired with hollow socks my feet were never wet or cold. I hunted all day in 15 degree temperatures and never once were my feet cold. It was cold, I didn’t have feelings in my hand for 3 days if that says anything!

These boots fit great, feel great, and look great. They're also waterproof. The best thing is that they are SLIP RESISTANT! I did not slip on the ice even once this winter. I definitely would recommend them and buy them again. Also, I had never heard of the Keen brand, but these boots were recommended to me by my podiatrist.

Bought these to replace an older version that lasted a long time and were super comfy, but they only had 200g insulation and were never warm enough. These new ones look nice, and claim to have 400g insulation, but there is no way. These are no better than my more normal everyday Keen workbooks as far as warmth...absolutely no difference. Your feet will be cold, quickly. There is also no difference in traction with the "ice" sole....these slip as much as any normal boots. Wish I hadn't bought these in June as I couldn't see these issues then and would have returned them right away. As far as comfort, the soles feel good but they dig in to the outside of top of the ankle on both boots really bad. Skip these boots if your looking for warm toes or good traction, these feel uninsulated.

I only buy wide shoes, these fit me fine in my regular size (8.5) with room for thick socks. They're bulkier than your normal hiking boot as pictured and very well insulated. They seem top quality and I expect they'll last a very long time! Nice chunky grips on the bottom for snow/ice/mud and a thermal insole.

Warm, fit well, though I do find the toe-box a bit narrow. I usually wear 8.5 or 9US, bought 9 and am glad I did not go smaller.I ordered 2 pair, first has been fine so-far for a month of use, but second set (purchased as gift) had one of the lacing hooks pull free the first time it was tied, so quality may not be consistent.

I did lot of research and tried many other options. This is a great shoe and can't be happier. I used it during the winter snow season of 2023. It is very well made, not too heavy and very comfortable. So, I believe I can use it for hiking as well. Great value for money. Very satisfied w/ the purchase.

Perfect fit. They’re warm and pretty good at preventing slips on ice.

Great boots. Actually this is the third pair of high top Keen (10 inch) boots that i have bought in the last six months. My wife thinks I'm a boot junky, and I guess I probably am. My life style gravitates toward back country enjoyments and I am always on the lookout for the most up scale, high tech boots on the market. This dates back to the '70s when I did a lot of really rugged sheep hunting here in Alaska. Seems like every few years or so I would fall for the latest and greatest boots, and were often satisfied, but often disappointed as well. But these Keen boots are really great. The first Keen boots that I bought were the Summit County Boot and they stayed in their box for two months as i just wasn't ready to break in a new set of boots. But when I did, I had to say "wow." My requirements generally look for comfort, ease of putting on and lacing up, and a stiff enough platform for sidehilling and standing up to sharp rocks. These boots are very comfortable, easy to get into, and they cling snugly to my feet without heal slippage. While I haven't done much sidehilling with them yet, I have put a lot of miles on them in rugged country. I liked them so much that I immediately ordered a pair of Keen Coburg Steel toed waterproof work boots. I bought these boots because I do a lot of tree felling and bucking in dense forest for fire wood harvesting. While I don't have as much time in these boots yet, they seem every bit as comfortable and functional the Keen Summit boots. So, now that winter has arrived, I just had to spring for the KEEN Revel IV High Polar Boot as well -- and they do not disappoint. Temperatures here in the Wrangell Mountains can easily drop to minus 30F and these boots keep me quite warm so long as I stay active to keep the circulation up. The boots are easy on and off and the high tops keep the snow out. The tread seems good on ice. The waterproofing is good, but I did treat the boots with snowseal, Overall, I am very happy with these boots and will probably cycle into some future version of these Keen brand boots when these finally wear out. Great boots. Can't say enough good things about them.
