{Add: Jan 23 (south Florida) I just rode in the rain w/really wet conditions. The grip made my braking really responsive in a positive manner. Great purchase. }I bought a matching rear and front (separare sellers/ 1 company didn’t sell them together for some reason) for my 2005 sportster 883 stock wheels. I was looking for something that would serve well on “all weather” because I commute daily and don’t mind the rain. The tires themselves are tough to get on, but well worth it for the DIYer. (Do it once and you’ll save money on every tire change). The treads looked great for wet weather which was the main reason for buying them. After I installed them and took my test ride, it felt as if there was claws GRABBING the road. You notice it even more while maneuvering. They definitely work for on road, my maneuvering was very responsive compared to regular street only tires.Id definitely recommend these for daily riders who commute, but for the long distance riders id suggest looking for something a little less “grippy” unless that’s what you’re after.

I am stunned about the cost of having the tires changed on my motorcycle. I bring the wheels in the shop so they don't have to remove them, and I still have to pay $40 to $50 per tire. On top of that, the tires they sell are very expensive. By comparison, car tires are much cheaper per mile, so why pay ridiculous prices to change them on top of the price of the tire. You can see where this is going. These tires are much cheaper and since I change my own tires, I save a ton of money. You only get 6k to 8k on a set of tires anyway so if you change tires 2 or 3 times a year, this can add up to a lot. Now keep in mind that I use the Kendas on a BMW R1200GS - not a sports bike. They not the greatest offroad tires I've had, but 90% of my riding is on tarmac. I've been buying these tires for years and run them down smooth or nearly so. Whether or not you change your own tires, these tires are a great alternative.

Going to be on the bike quite a bit this summer (way to go J@#) because of the gas prices and really needed to replace the old rubber. Excellent grip without that "racing slick" style I detest so much. Fast delivery. No issues.
