I bought this tire for my DR650 to replace a T63. The tire was near impossible to spoon on and required 3 people, one to stand on the tire and two to spoon it on. I hope I never have to repair it in the field. Once on, the tire was much smaller than the same sized T63 it replaced. The tire is shaped much like a street bike tire and is rounded off.On the street the round shape of the tire allows the bike to turn in very quickly and somewhat unpredictably, but good overall traction on dry asphalt. Off-Road the tire slips, slides, and can not hold a line. It is great for play if you like to back it into corners and power slide out, but if you are in need of traction then you will need to upshift and practice throttle control.On the tires first adventure, I went on an overnight trip through the Cohutta's and into Tellico Plains, mainly off road with a few twisties (Tail of the Dragon) . I started out with 35psi with the bike loaded with camping gear and quickly lowered it to 25psi and then 20psi and noticed no change in off road traction. After 400miles the base of the knobs are beginning to crack, and I do not expect the tire to last more than 2K.
