Particle-board construction with a cardboard backing—feels a bit pricey for what it is. Still, it's sturdy when assembled and cleverly hides screws. Recommended with caution on pricing.

The amount of stuff kids accumulate is astounding. I got this as a solution for a landing zone for the miscellany. So far it’s worked like a charm. It’s not huge but a good size for my four year old. It was easy to put together and the color matches well with our other furniture. I wouldn’t want the little one climbing it but it’s sturdy enough for every day use. At $100 with a $40 discount (price at time of review) it’s a fantastic value. We may be looking to get more in the future.

This shelf features a nice style, practical storage, and is of nice quality. I bought it for my daughter's room for additional storage, and it blends in perfectly with her existing white furniture pieces.As far as assembly, it was easy, and I had it done in less than 20 minutes. All the pieces are clearly labeled, and the instructions are clear and easy to follow. This pieces uses cam bolts, and a screwdriver is includes.It has 4 shelves of varying depths, and the bottoms has a lip on it to help keep items inside. It really is a versatile piece, and would work well for books, toys, stuffed animals.The height is perfect for toddlers and kids, and it is a piece that can be used for years to come.Overall, it is a sturdy shelf, does the job it should, and looks nice.

The quality was very nice and a good size for a nursery or toddler room! The instructions were clear and easy and all the tools you need were included. The pre-drilled holes were perfect and easy to use. Everything lined up beautifully! And for the quality it’s excellent price. Only downfall is that it doesn’t have the wall mount included if you use those.
