These are nice J style track light cans. They work well, are pretty easy to install, and are fairly easy to move around. They do not have an on/off switch like my other cans have, but that doesn't seem to really pose a problem. The one issue that I have run into is that the cans are very deep, so if you are putting in a BR30 recessed lighting bulb, the bulb does not extend to the end of the can, so if it isn't going into the receptacle correctly, there is really no way to get the bulb back out. I have one can with a stuck bulb and no way to get the bulb out without destroying the bulb. I am sure there are smaller sized bulbs that would fit, however I wanted ones that matched the other bulbs I have in the other cans.

These lights are pretty high quality. They work great with the track I installed in my workshop. They light up the area perfectly. I have them directed to the cabinets over my bench and they make it a lot easier to see what I'm looking for.

These track lighting heads are pretty basic. They are a big round head with a silver neck and black fastener that goes in the track. There is nothing special about them. They remind me of an aluminum cup. They are just a round long shape like a cup. They do not come with a light bulb. They are big and heavy duty like the description says. There is nothing refined about them. They are still nice looking. They are just unique in that they are plain. They still look great and work great for replacing old track lighting. I don't mean any of this as negative. More just explaining what they are because I don't think they'd fit in every space in a house. They need to kind of match the decor and theme of the house. They are not your "generic" track light. Because they are big, the 4 lights provide ample light for the area that is being lit up. They kind of remind me of more of an "industrial" look. They work great though. No complaints. They fit the space we needed them in.

I wanted to add more lights to my J style lighting track and stubled across these lighting fixtures. I received a set of four, in which I installed 11 watt BR30 LED bulbs.The bulbs are a perfect fit. To insert the bulbs, one can unscrew the lighting tube from the base, which gives easy access to screw it in. One must be carefull putting it back together as you don't want to cross thread the tube to the base.The lights are made of metal that is thicker than I thought it would be. These lights are heavy duty.
