Very sturdy. Able to do multiple exercises with the comfort of know the attachment would be able to hold my weight. The double locking added an extra sense of security.

Hard to find rack items for 5/8ths holes. These works and are really solid. Very comfortable on the hands and not so much as a wobble. Very impressed.

It is solid and sturdy. I used it for a bit, but stopped using it because I bought a pullup bar + dip bar combo and use that for dips.

But with the addition of these, I have more flexibility, definitely more strength, and most of all more endurance in my upper body. Easy to use, easy to install, and very durable. I even have my wife doing supported dips, went for the last few years she made the audacious claim that she would never do them.

These are extremely useful, inexpensive tools that I would recommend for anyone with a home gym setup with a power rack. Listed as dip bars (and they work fine for that) but with a little creativity they can be so much more.I got a pair for myself at home and donated one to my CrossFit gym and they are a getting lots of use in both locations. Built well, easy to "install" and remove quickly and versatile applications for scaling options, dip training, gymnastic skill building, stability etc... for the price, this is a steal

Easy to instal and fits my standing rack. The bars are slightly wider than my grip, but the construction is solid.

I had the 810 power cage and this product fit perfectly. It is very sturdy and comfortable to grip. The design is great. Easy to put on and take off the rack. Awesome product!

The handles are perfect for me they are perfectly sized to my rack-to-body ratio. The first ones closest to me are perfect for my shoulder width and the size of the attaching part is crafted to fit accurately a 2X2 rack. These are a must if you own a gym rack because it's really hard to find a good place to do dips without these and on the flip side extremely easy to do dips when you have these and you don't have to go to the laundry room and do dips netween the washer and drier or wherever. So there is no issues with these dip bars and the pin fits right into the hole that secures it in place and the grip handles are very hard and show no sign of weakness. They can holds my 210 lbs. frame with ease. They probably could hold a full ton before giving out. So in other words these will probably last forever. Love the classic black color aswell they look good on my rack.
