Haven't tried it out yet because it's winter, but the straps do not adjust to smaller body sizes. I would say it's suitable for men of average build or bigger. Not for women or teens or men with a smaller build.

I got this for my home gym as it had decent reviews. I would say its on the small side as a sled and you nearly need to be on the ground to do pushes with it. Probably ok as a pull solution but a bit too tricky for me for pushing exercises which was the primary reason i got it. Plus I would say depending on the thickness of your weights too it might limit how much you can load it up

A great quality product. Bought it for weight and strength training for my 14 yo football-playing grandson. However my 33 yo son was using it with him too.

Well made, I like the rounded bottoms on the sled, it seems to prevent damage to the surface it’s used on. The harness is a little big, so it is tough to use with smaller kids, but works great for teens or adults!

Love the sled but the straps are cheaply made and didn’t last long at all. Buy another chest strap because you’ll need it soon.

I use this sled for foodball practice 2x per week and I have no complaints. It is strong and sturdy and the harness is great. It adjusts at the hips and shoulders. Nothing has bent or broke on it. It is a work horse. Great value.
